In accordance with the government guidance regarding COVID19, the laboratory is obliged to share patient data if the test comes out positive. If your swab detects the presence of the virus your data will be passed to the government.

Samedaycoronavirustests.com reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose of by novation, or subcontract any or all rights or obligations under these Terms, taking the User’s legitimate interests into account. Provisions regarding changes of these Terms will apply accordingly.
